Jason, My modest TSA position was established within the past 2 months at a basis in the 3's. I also looked at FEET but decided against it given the lack of insider buying even at depressed prices, also their financial condition.

Re. TBL, it looks like a good company but I think its premature to buy. My experience indicates shoe stocks generally peak around late summer in advance of peak Sept quarter and bottom in winter/early spring. I recently unloaded VANs in low double digits after acquiring earlier in year in mid single digits. My experience with retail stocks also indicates the greatest potential gains are in early stage turnaround companies rather than those that have already been doing well for several quarters. Other things to consider are that retail stocks are generally the first to tank as economy slows but also the first to recover.
