Secondary done at 35, this provides a bottom below which the stocK price won't go, IMHO. This is 6 points or so below our current price and may have a short term impact. BUt, long term it raises the needed capital for iomega. All 5 million shares sold and IMHO the overallotment to sell easily. I believe iomega may have had to adjust the price down a couple points after it had to retract the 8 million zip statement from one of it's project managers. I still believe the 8 million number but you can't go making statements like that about the future during a secondary.

If I heard correctly, iomega has reached or will reach it's 3 millionth personal storage solution shipped this week.

COMDEX: zip externals at the Gateway and Apple booths. Nothing official. I'm not sure when the quiet period ends after a secondary, but, in any case it does not preclude iomega from announcing statements of fact. So, in my opinion, there will be some announcement tomorrow to support the stock price.
