Hi Nancy,

Check the earnings calendar because good semis and semi equip makers will be strong until INTC and NVLS report. Do you know when XLNX reports?

On fading the trend ... that is selling into strength as a stock tops, but to do so safely try to make sure that all the good news is out. Thus on/after earnings, when the company gives the picture for the future and analysts upgrade/downgrade to their hearts content and all residual buyers come in and related companies complete their reports, then sell naked calls or short into strength. For instance, usually not a good idea to short AMAT before NVLS reports ... they move in tandem and NVLS is powerful.
