HP also has a ton of Vantive products, mostly in their Consumer Products Division companies. They use Vantive for customer support, not SFA. My guess is that Oracle is including database revenue, Thinking Machines revenue and a ton of services to come up with its CRM $revenue number, claiming any account that remotely comes close to using Oracle products to touch the customer. Heck, they probably even lump their ERP revenue in since Oracle Financials has an Accounts Receivable module. Invoicing and collections touch the customer so it must be "CRM" right?
