Hi S&P, <<....we all hear what we want to hear.>> Now, ain't that the truth !! It is one thing for EJ to have acknowledged a "...POSSIBILITY of ELK being sued". That has long been recognized by almost everyone, and it obviously was by the party that posed the question to EJ !!
