My experience with Chuck's work is that we (the readers) must be pro-active with the monthly possibilities of his map - each move down or up into a cycle date needs to be assessed in light of its strength or weakness as it meets, surpasses or misses the c-band supports and resistances. I know it sounds a little complicated, but nothing about market prognostication is simple. Just my opinion, but Chuck's work has been nothing short of incredible if you pay very close attention to the nuances of what he is saying.
