A few questions I would ask at the AGM are:

Is Frank Donis involved with the company in any capacity at all? If so why, as he indicated he would step down and have no involvment at the last AGM. I hear through the new IR Frank has not left.

When will AEC ever get the land leases completed so a drilling program can begin. OR is AEC still JV with EAS?
