We had a very significant event this week. Value was unlocked. By the time it's all in black and white the price will not be the same.

Excellent points, moat! And the value could be magnified significantly by the selection of a handset partner with the right strategic fit. In that regard, shall we speculate just a little more? A European seems unnecessary given the ongoing relationship with Ericsson in infrastructure. The key to Europe is thru infrastructure more than handsets, IMO. A domestic partner may very well have similar noncompetitive costs of doing business as Q/Sony when confronted with the global marketplace. So, maybe an Asian partner in handsets? Whatever, I have complete faith in management to do this right.

If a deal is to close by the end of the year, we should hear reasonably soon, like weeks rather than months. My guess is that they have been talking for some time, hence the rumors. (I also believe Dr. J when he says they just recently decided to sell...or transform, or...) This is exciting, and as you say, "by the time it's all in black and white the price will not be the same."

Best,

jack
