Tim - I know that current revenues and royalties will be pocket change if (BIG IF!) RDRAM (or its successor - nRDRAM) becomes standard in PC's. Unfortunately, they are not being used in significant volume for PC's yet. This means that short-term revenues will depend on sales of the Nintendo 64 systems.

X - I would guess that the April IPO date was true at one point but has been postponed due to the recent tech correction and poor IPO market. I've read the SEC IPO filing and received the same data about the late April date when it was filed. Can't remember the source though.
