Vestor, three to six months from now would be roughly March, 15, 2000, and in that time frame, we will have the annual shareholders meeting, and will also have seen another 2 quarters of reporting, which will make 4 quarters of financial reporting available for inspection.

That fact right there makes this a much different company than even 3 or six months ago, when nothing was available and people were questioning whther DCH would even become a reporting company; (never a question in my mind).

During the first two quarters of 1999, it should be noted that their losses declined as did their issuance of shares for services.

It is then fair to say that a fair to midland increase in sales of hydrogen sensors and further paid participation in some more fuel cell projects, and DCH would have become a classic example, if not a textbook case of a turnaround.

I have believed that all along, or I never would have bothered with them. The financial table can be found at Edgar, at this link below. You need to scroll down on the left tool bar in order to view the text.

The following is a reprint of a Raging Bull post by Zekel, I claim no warranty's on it, but I do believe it accurately reflects a glimpse into the near future.

Sept 29th, 1999 DCH will be interviewed on the internet. DCHT will host the WCU Virtual World Fuel Cell
Congress; Mr. Haberman will speak on "Fuel Cells as an Enabling
Technology for Growth" and Dr. Daugherty will speak on "PEM Fuel
Cells - A Solid State Approach", via the internet on September 29th.

October will be a busy month, starting off with meetings in Sacramento
with the Hydrogen Technical Advisory Panel followed closely by the
2nd Annual DRI International Fuel Cell Conference in Lake Tahoe,
Nevada to take further steps to rejuvinate the exposure of this stock to
the technical and public community. This will be a high publicity event
considering the keynote speaker, Vice President, Al Gore:

The Company went on to state that they have made additional
progress in making Fuel Cell sales, although they could not provide me
with specific information. They did state that response has been
overwhelming for their product and it is one reason why they have
hired Stephanie Hoffman. Ms. Hoffman will join DCH in September as
Vice President and General Manager of the Fuel Cell Business. Ms.
Hoffman comes to DCH from Eaton Corporation where she was
Director of Strategic Planning and Business Technology Manager. In
these positions, she managed advanced product portfolios for
Cutler-Hammer operations and conducted in-depth opportunity and risk
assessment of technologies, products and services. Ms. Hoffman is a
proven leader of technical innovation teams and an expert in fuel cell
business planning.

One more update from the Company -- they stated that now that they
feel that they have overcome the technical challenges on the sensor
units, that they can strive forward in developing additional major
partnerships with various companies and distributors on a world wide
basis -- including ramping up with existing distributors such as Horiba
Corp. in Japan.

In summary, there are plenty of reasons for people to stay optimistic
about the future of this company with so much going on behind the
scenes.
