Hi Puna, Charter will be a huge IPO, Allen plans to raise approximately 3Bil. I am sure the road show is still taking place. Hopefully there will not be any additional delays. with a 'quiet period' from the time they file the S1 to 25 days after the offering it is very tough to get any news. So far we still have no pricing. ~Sarkie
