Beverage Industry Executive To Drive Growth In NTN's Hospitality Business

CARLSBAD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 16, 1999--NTN Communications Inc.
(AMEX:NTN - news), operator of the nation's largest interactive television
network for hospitality venues, today announced that Robert L. Anderson has
been appointed to the newly created post of president/NTN Networks, the
firm's hospitality division.

The NTN Networks division encompasses two interactive television networks
broadcasting sports games and trivia competitions to hospitality venues
including restaurants, sports bars and taverns. NTN Communications also
operates NTN Studios, the creator of original multi-player games which are
distributed to the NTN Networks, NTN Internet areas and strategic partners.

A 20-year veteran of the consumer products hospitality industry with a
focus on beverages, Anderson assumes responsibility for all operations of
NTN Networks, including sales, marketing, customer service, manufacturing
and product development. V. Tyrone Lam, who previously ran the NTN
Communications' hospitality division, will focus on NTN's Internet rollout
plans. Both executives will report to NTN chairman and chief executive
officer Stanley B. Kinsey.
