G* in India. Visited the "Videsh Sanchar Nigam Ltd (VSNL) web site at web.vsnl.net.in Interesting to note that it says it has a JV partnership with Globalstar capitalized at 50M$ that will build 3 GWs in India. Unfortunately, when you click on the "Globalstar" link at VSNLs site you're directed to globalstar.org which appears to be an Arizona-based outfit selling Inmarsat and Iridium and Skycell services and equipment and not (yet?) Globalstar!
