I'm definitely going to give HTRN a call this week. Glad to see something being done but I sure would like more information than was given in the release.

Questions I would like answered include:

1) What is HTRN "paying" to "buy" Themed Technological Innovations Corporation (TTI), i.e. how many shares is HTRN planning on issuing and distributing to TTI?

2) Since the press release describes TTI as a "development stage company", I'm guessing they haven't had any revenues yet. However, I would like to know the backgrounds of the people running TTI. Knowing their individual track records would go a long way for current and prospective shareholders to be able to judge the future worth of the combined HTRN/TTI company.

3) The release implies that TTI is or soon will be developing Location Based Entertainment (LBE) Centers which are planned to be opened in Toronto. There are a number of different types of LBEs. I would like to have more specifics on the LBEs that TTI/HTRN is or will be developing.

4) From what I can tell, the Nunavet Exhibit is the only thing HTRN is currently working on. This makes TTI/HTRN's LBEs the company's major product. Therefore, as a shareholder, I'm particularly interested in their schedule for getting the LBEs up and running and in knowing the revenue and profit estimates they have for their LBEs.

Well, at least HTRN is creating some interesting times for us lately. At least we get some entertainment out of this investment, right? ;)
