Gee guys, does anybody know what the heck is goingon???..i keep hearing that the fundamentals are sooo wonderful..there MUST be something you DON'T know! maybe just one little teeny tiny piece of info that you've overlooked.?..or maybe not...maybe management has been less then forthcoming?
See, when you cook a turkey you have to have your thermometer all the way into the center otherwise you get a shallow surface reading, which can cause you to go long your dinner tooo early!
Tom, u say, c ya at $10..do you really think this bird is going to fly UP 250% before it goes down another 25%? I'd like to know if you can say and spell SELL and better yet SELL SHORT!
Over the last few years i've shorted alot of these birds..they almost always fly the same pattern SOUTH..Jay Jacobs JAYJ now .30 thats right CENTS/ share. Lamonts LMNT its gone..Ernst gone! and on and on and on and on.
well, when you wakeup from dreamworld send a post. meanwhile good luck.

SDOFOUR,
Believe you me I am not dreaming after this week's market decline. Sure wish I could get some sleep! Anyway, the actual performance and value of VUPDA will become evident over the long haul. No single drop or climb during the trading day should be highlighted as an indicator of the stock's overall direction. Shame on you! The actual snapshot from today looks like this:
VUPDA - VIDEO UPDATE INC CL A Exchange: NASDAQ Delay: at least 15 minutes Last Price: 4 1/2 at 15:54 Change: Down 9/16 (-11.11%) High: 4 5/8 at 9:28 Low: 4 1/4 at 10:02 Open: 4 5/8 Previous Close: 5 1/16 on 4/3 Volume: 377,500 30-Day Avg. Volume: 239,000 Shares Outstanding: 20,018,000 52-Week High: 9 3/4 52-Week Low: 3 1/2 Beta: Not Available Yield: Nil P/E Ratio: 25.0 EPS: 0.18
Yes it is a drop but not the 20% mentioned in your post. Adjust your glasses and re-calculate the drop. You should end up with 11.11%. Do not think that I am not a little concerned. One must always stay on guard with any small cap acquisition minded stock and be prepared to ride out the bumps. I currently have the fortitude to hold on.
By the by, I talked to the CFO of VUPDA the other day and he confirmed that there are 8.5 million warrants outstanding. Almost a third are in DH Blair's hands. They may be exercised for $8.75 but we have a way to go before that would ever happen.
I actually appreciate the fact that VUPDA's news release is steering us away from expecting great things each and every quarter. IMHO I still think that they will meet analysts projections for the quarter and year. Expectations are for $0.11 this quarter ending April 30th and $0.30 for the year. This will represent 114% growth over last years eps.
C Ya @ $10
