My answer to 2. is (and this is the entire point that I've been trying to make): Rambus may not be a slamdunk, folks. When problems develop and the going gets tough just remember that your horse didn't get to the front by running faster -- Intel tied it to the pace car! You're all convinced it's wonderful but it's not where it is by its own merit. It can be a long way down when you've got $2B mkt cap propped up simply by the fact that Intel is not offering a choice. kz, you do provide huge insight...i sense your passion and integrity for your side of the debate. i appreciate it...really! would you agree that if motorola or sunw or amd or all three support rambus memory, it will deflate the rambus "only because of intel" theory? unclewest
