Report+ 9/17/99....ACM at 25% EQUITY. Many of the key indicators went NEGATIVE this week. Hitech is the only indicator that is bucking the downtrend. It is wise to be cautious at this time, even tho there are some excellent opportunities out there, the market is very weak and could punish a investor dearly... JR !!
