COHU is mentioned in Monday's edition of Investor Business Daily, citing COHU strong stock performance on Friday with huge volume. however it does not mention why the volume was up so much. Not actually the "COHU Inside" story i wanted but okay with me. if b2b is good and markets hold throughout October, COHU will move up more with earnings. i believe COHU will beat estimates AND compared to 3rd quarter 1998 ( 5 cents EPS), 70 to 80 cents will show up as a BIG percentage gain from year ago AND last quarter earnings. however, October is historically a nervous and scary time for the overall market AND odd number year Octobers starts downtrends or neutral trends for semiconductors.
