I have been in TLAB for sometime and love buying on the dips. But has anyone noticed what is going on with the RBOC service. In the Chicagoland area,which I live,I have been not been able to put calls thru many times. What happen is when I make a call a message comes on "All circuits are busy". Now over the past year I used to get it occasionally but recently especially Fridays I get this recording all the time. These guy need more TLAB equipment right? The report that was issued this week on additional equipment outlay forecasts for the rest of FY99 and 00 is one reason for the bounce. Any thoughts, Mike
