When a stock is priced this low, a company can have a very difficult time finding another investment with such potential for gain. Buy low, price goes up due to performance, and due to continual demand for purchasing the stock by the company. Increased investor demand due to the increasing price of the stock. And I understood GBLX picked up $450 MM for the USWest breakup fee. I am expecting to see the stock price go up, why should not the board of directors feel the same way?? And the price ought to go up much more quickly than the return on investing the same money into debt paydown. Heck, pay down the debt with the profit from the stock purchase :) .
