I don't know how bad actors like that can look themselves in the mirror each morning. The notion of fiduciary responsibility seems to be completely lost on the "me-first" management and, - - in particular - - on the rubber stamp Board of Directors.

One would think that in the health services field management ethics would be something more than a sad oxymoron.
