InfoStream,

There are two fallacies in your argument.

First, the fact that Zona went down does not prove that Bill was correct about it being a fraud. The stock could have gone down for any number of other reasons. Bre-X, on the other hand, was a fraud.

Second, whether or not Bill has a good track record is irrelevant to his specific pick on any stock today or in the future. I have a very good track record over the past 18 years as well, but that doesn't mean that I have been right every time. Bill has a good track record. I have a good track record. We are on opposite sides of GUMM. Who will be right? The answer: over the long term, the person who understands the company and its business most. You and others can draw your own conclusion on who that is.

Fraud is a legal word that alleges intentional and devious deceit. I don't know anything about ZONA, but there is no fraud associated with GumTech. If Zicam and nicotine gum flop, the stock would probably decline. The reason for the failure, if it occurs, wouldn't have anything to do with fraud.
