What annual meeting notice? There is no notice for Feb. 2000 meeting. The fiscal year doesn't even end until the sept. 30. The meeting won't be noticed until approx. the second week of January; the last one was dated January 12, 1999. You must be reading a really old notice--PRIOR to last year's. Additional shares were not authorized at the last annual meeting.

Furthermore, there are already 300 million shares authorized; read the balance sheet.
