The KLA is supposed to formally disband, turn in all
their weapons, and cooperate with NATO in creating a
multicultural Republic in Kosovo under the control of
Yugoslavia.

Ha!!! I guess Bill Clinton and NATO lied again. It
appears that Hacim Thaci has declared himself leader of
Kosovo, a Republic of ethnically pure Albanians, a member
of the UN, and a nation under Islamic Law. NATO can't do
a thing about it.

Bill Clinton can add the failure of NATO in the Balkans
to his long list of stupid acts while President. If
Clinton had any brains he would resign now so that ALGORE
could deal with the sh*t that will be flying off the fan
blades in the coming months.

ps I guess the situation in East Timor proves that the
so called "Clinton Doctrine" a farce. There are now 20,000
dead after a simple election and it appears that Clinton's
interventionist policy to stop ethnic cleansing is a
complete and utter failure.
