Neocon, I know the storms are getting much more frequent and it is obvious that there needs to be much more preparation. I cannot understand why Companies like GTE can bury the Fiber Optic lines to keep them running and our Utility Companies cannot bury the Electric Power Lines, In Florida we have so many power outages, it has become a foregone conclusion that we will be without power for some time when we have a Tornado or a Hurricane. The former hits the Mobile Home Parks with a Vengence here. Washington is virtually paralized in a Snow Storm. Politics play such a role it is tragic. Lisa
