The worst thing about all this "Hate Crime" stuff is that these laws actually violate the constitution of the United States. Our entire legal system is based upon "Equal Justice Under Law", just like it says on front of the United States Supreme Court. These hate crime laws actually create the situation of some more equal than others. All Americans deserve equal justice. The Founding Fathers wanted it this way. It just goes to show how screwed up our criminal justice system has become because of these Liberal morons. -John ps Last week three Native Americans dragged some white guy to death behind a pickup truck. Funny how it hardly made headlines and wasn't called a "Hate Crime".
