I think e*trade will follow Datek's lead. From the Datek site.... Until now, only professional traders and institutions could trade outside the official market hours of 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time. Datek Online and the Island ECN offer individual investors access to both morning and evening extended-hours trading sessions. The morning session begins at 8:00 AM Eastern Time and ends when traditional market hours begin at 9:30 AM Eastern Time. The evening session begins after the traditional markets close at 4:00 PM Eastern Time and continues until 8:00 PM Eastern Time.
