Newbridge Networks does not have a track record of issuing announcements that coincide with the day of the shareholder meeting. Last year, NN met with security analysts in the morning, and then held the annual shareholders meeting in the afternoon. Newbridge did not issue any press releases that day,the day before, nor the day after. You can check their archives on their web-site. In addition, there was no indication of any analyst upgrade or downgrade to coincide with the morning session.
