That looks like a good breakfast for a bunch of hungry men! And women who aren't on a diet. I can't imagine many rich men's wives indulging in something like that, but I'd have some. I'd leave out the ham, though, the seafood and andouille sausage is more than enough meat. And if I was making it for me, I'd leave out the andouille, and the cheese. Too rich even for my greedy taste buds.
