The 9/6 PC week pg 100 has an interview with Patel where he explains a strategy to build brand recognition
and make 4-6 software acquisitions soon. He said 2-3 on the application side and 2-3 on the service side.
Specifically they are looking for billing and accounting type applications. Another area is reporting and
monitoring applications. Also looking for policy management and directory-enabled networking. On the service
side they are looking at provisioning bandwidth and SLA applications.

Concerning CS being acquired he said he is focusing on getting CS to 30% growth as a stand alone but would
not rule out any options.

Would be interesting if anyone has any ideas about who CS will evidently soon be acquiring. I think that Epicor
(EPIC formerly Platinum Software) would be a good candidate on the application side.
