Things are looking up IMO. I believe the listing may return to normal on Oct 1. I think when the nature of the OTC listing changed it meant a 30 day period before restoration though I have never spoken with a soul on the planet that is able to figure out the nuances of the OTCBB. You can speak with a broker and they are unsure of the distinction between OTC and pink/sheets. I think life will be simpler when the financings are complete, the forms formally approved, and the company can go about the business of getting the word out to both the institutional and retail investors. Then you can bet your bottom dollar a NASDAQ small cap app will follow.
I think there is progress at enhancing the lab in Michigan and I am eagerly awaiting some word on when the diagnostic trials will begin. I have an increased comfort level from the market reaction to Matritech and its less advanced technology. When Biolabs is able to spread the word about mammastatin, the FDA status, and patents that are in motion we should see the same enthusiasm generated.
As far as your consideration of investing here I think the circumstances have been very kind to you to allow you the opportunity to get in at levels where little downside can be expected. Remember there are only around 7 million shares O/S and the trading float is (I think) around a half million. When it goes it has potential to go huge!
Best of luck,
Dan
