Again, I think that it is quite interesting that the editor of Market Watch was so astute as to juxtapose Anthony Elgindy's weak position (as outlined in his unsolicited letter) against the head of the SEC Enforcement Division, who called the opposition "cyber-swindlers" and "scam artists". I think he knows to whom he refers on the other side. I'm glad the letters were posted on this thread. Very telling. And now we know who's on which side of the fence. As a participant to this particular thread, I must tell you that I applaud SI for their steadfast enforcement of their rules. And, if asked, I'm absolutely sure that the head of the SEC Enforcement Division would have the same viewpoint.
