Bill Wexler,

I just want to make sure that there's no confusion over your allegation that I'm promoting GUMM's stock. A stock promoter generally describes someone who is paid by a company to increase the awareness of and demand for their stock. Is this what you are accusing me of? If not, what are you accusing me of?

<I'm quaking with fear.>

I don't care if you are quaking with fear or laughing your head off. You can't allege fraud without proof. Your only defense is proving that fraud exists. If you can't prove that fraud exists, then you are guilty of libel. I am 100% confident that you can't prove fraud because it doesn't exist. Since you won't stop making these false allegations on your own accord, I will see what I can do through legal channels to make you stop.

<Interesting how you readily accept GUMM's claims of an effective cold remedy at face value...even though there is absolutely no scientific evidence that homeopathy or homeopathic medications do anything except thin your wallet.>

I haven't accepted anything at face value. I have done extensive research into rhinoviruses, ICAM-1, and zinc, and posted links to this research on the dog pound. I have told you over and over that the FDA regards a zinc based product like Zicam as homeopathic. The concentration is 2%, unlike stereotypical homeopathic solutions which are diluted many times more than this. One good doctor at the dog pound even said that a 2% solution isn't what he would normally consider "homeopathic". You are simply using this term to justify your short position and you think people will take it at face value without understanding what it means. This is just another example in your long history of distorting facts.

<In fact, you are probably doing more to turn away potential victims from this stock fraud than I ever could.>

I don't care who buys and sells GUMM. I only care that the truth about the company be discussed, and not your delusional imagination or blatant falsehoods. Somebody has to be behind a stock fraud. It doesn't just happen by itself. If you really think this is happening, who is doing it? Answer the question jerk, or stop making this allegation.
