Sorry, I missed the reference to the chip being GSM, Probably need to get my eyes checked <ggg> You know, that mid forty near blur problem. The question still is that on the basis that CDMA is superior to GSM, is the fact of a longer period before recharge going to make a difference. IMHO no. I had an analog version as my first cell phone. If they had come up with a chip that made it so I wouldn't have to recharge for a month, I would have still switched to digital with a 3 day recharge period without a doubt.

If Schmitt quit PrimeCo as a result of them adopting CDMA as opposed to GSM, might not an argument be made that he just doesn't like CDMA and a certain amount of bias would naturally come out in his statements?? Just wondering.
