re. the BK:

Case no. CV1992-020398 in Maricopa County Superior court was by Plaintiff Security Pacific Financial Services, with defendants William H. Wallace Jr. and Sharon Wallace. The case was filed 11/19/92.

A few days later, on 11/25/92, there was a filing of bankruptcy. Then another filing of bankruptcy on 9/29/93. The case culminated in 1994 with a "judgment of dismissal w/out prejudice."

Without any expertise in reading the docket, I can't tell who it was who filed for bankruptcy. I can't say whether it was the Wallaces or somebody else.

Anyway, the case appears to provide another name to work with. I'm not sure who Sharon is. There is a public record in the Maricopa county recorder's office dated July 1992 that lists both a William H. and a Sharon M. Wallace on a declaration of homestead.

But another record from Feb. 1993 has the name William H. Wallace Jr., and this record says that he is "an unmarried man" and it refers to a lady with named Sharon M. (but with a surname different from Wallace) who is "an unmarried woman."
