SY: Please pardon my belated response; I have been extremely busy the past few days. I would LOVE to have your take on the meeting. I had made plans to go, but am involved in selling some property. First things first. I am especially interested in management's estimates on the purchase of DEST......does DEST have a positive cash flow, enough to service their debt; are they nearing the end of their construction phase; do they have sufficient capital to fund the balance of their construction, and enough to last until they see a profit, or at least EBITDA positive; what savings via synergies and when realized; last, but certainly not least, we need the hard truth on VYTL stock dilution......dilutive to stock price, but maybe accretive to earnings......whatever.....we need to know.
