More crosses, more expose': Swiftrade is illegally taking referal fees from the broker/dealer mentioned in the 10KSB. It is specifically outlined in the NASD rulest that no NASD broker/dealer may pay referal fees (or any trading/acct. fees) to another firm which is not registered with the NASD which the 10KSB specifically says ZSUN is not. The SEC and the NASD will be interested to know this tidbit, I am sure. Sticks & stones, Frenchfry.
