It was obvious on Thursday that LMT was going to close on the tender on Saturday...so the stock is worth 45.50 on Friday but the remaining 51% of the shares is worth the price of the LMT shares on Monday...The question is...on a 100 share block of shares tendered...what percentage of that block made the tender...
