Dan,

What I was saying was that the scar of having motherboard problems in the highly visible Christmas quarter will have some pretty serious effects on AMD. I am sure Intel is waiting for such an opportunity to arise.

Also, any OEM product that does not get shipped will cause AMD unit shipments to drop and ASPs to sag in Q1.

P.S.: I think what I am saying rather indirectly is that I do not trust the motherboard problems are over until I see some volumes build.
