And a Helenator Update atcha... We took her to the mall today. She's a Natural Born Shopper ... wandered into stores that displayed couture, shoes or jewelry. (Ah God, jewelry. Why do I like pretty things that go on a finger and cost as much as German cars? I saw the ULTIMATE opal.) Told my sister about the opal. She said "You shouldn't even look at opals. They're Bad Luck if your birthday isn't in October." My reply was "What if you buy them from a Chinese jeweler ... do Western superstitions still apply?" She laughed and said there you go. Helen's doing phrases now - a favorite is "here I go!" The only real surprise of the day was when I hoisted her for a bit of piggyback and got - well, real wet. Seems she'd wiggled her Huggie clear off to one side and Fired Phasers onto my freshly-shorn neck. I was some kinda p.o.'d, you can be sure.
