I have a PII 400Mhz machine with Windows '98 1st edition and IE5. I am connecting to the internet via a cable modem and typically have download speeds of approximately 250Mb/s. System performance indicates that I am running with about 60% of my System Resources free. Hope this helps. Regards, Sue
