Sorry, didn't mean to rant and rave. It just seems like no one cares anymore. They start off their conversations yelling at YOU. Excuse me, who is the offendee here? [BG] Really, I called and asked what was wrong that I had a CONFIRMED reservation, and the girl developed a "tude". Well, you are wrong.....To which I replied, I've been wrong before, but not this time. I'm sitting here with a printed out CONFIRMATION from Yahoo.....No, you're not. HUH? Down hill big time after that.....
