EVTN - Low volume but high potential!

EVTN - A revolution in separation technology?

Enviro-Voraxial Technology Inc. EVTN (OTCBB)

Ed, All:

This is a Co. that I have followed for some time and which I think has the potential to go not just to a few $ but to reach the status of a major manufacturer and technology provider.

EVTN has spent about 5 years and over $10 million in the development of a revolutionary new method of separating solids and liquids based on their density. This product is called a Voraxial Separator or VAS.

The market for this type of technology is huge. The total market is estimated at $3 BILLION annually.

The separator has been independently tested with lab. Results that show the purity of separation exceeds that required by EPA standards. When used for oil separation the purity of the water is such that no oily residue remains (ie sheen) in the water outflow.

Existing separation methods make use either of filters (which get clogged and need regular servicing) or of centrifuges which can only deal with small amounts of liquid throughput. Because of its scaleable technology the EVTN VAS can be increased in size as required by the application and is clog-free.

This technology is a big improvement over filter/centrifuge technology because of the purity of the output and the efficiency of operation. A British company, Dyson invented a vacuum cleaner based on a similar (voraxial) method of operation and has sold $3 billion of product in the last 5 years. EVTN has the same potential to do likewise and more.

EVTN has just sold the first unit to a metal finishing company for cleaning up the waste water by-product that is produced. Already there is significant interest from distributors and other companies with similar requirements including some large multinationals. The figures are that if the company sells 5 such separators per year into each state, the stock would on a P/E of 10 be worth around $15-20. This is just one possible application.

EVTN's marine distributor, Maritime Solutions of NY, is recommending the separator for a range of on-board ship uses such as bilge cleanup and the separator is being put forward as a possible solution to the ecological problem of Ballast water discharge. This is a huge problem worldwide which the shipping authorities want to prevent as it can destroy indigenous species and has caused huge problems with Zebra Mussel contamination in the Great Lakes.

I'd be interested in hearing what people on this thread think about this Co!

Regards to all,
RT

There is an interesting video about the development of the VAS and also audio interviews with the CEO and other interested parties. News releases back to January 1998.

I would also recommend anyone seriously interested in investing in EVTN to also call Alberto DiBella, CEO on 954 421 6141.
