Laws are established to protect individuals..., NV does not allow one to simply move assets over on the way to the courthouse to reduce one's assets, and then allow the person to simply regain those assets on the steps on the way out...

I have always said that AZNT needs to focus on the revenues rather than the he said, she said court battles. Sure they have a case against those concerned, but that's to be handled by the attorneys and not the message boards.

And one other thing to remember is that NEVADA is a bearer bond State. Someone could legally sign over their shares to another party on the way to court and legally say that they have no shares in that company, and then leave the court room and have the shares signed back over to them again.
