Because of lingering y2k and seasonal factors I think they'd be worried about liquidity and not do that (Perhaps money will flow from the big caps to the small cap companies)... I think they'll sit on a mound of cash as deposits come in and wait until the first of the year. Just my opinions and thoughts... dialog about the markets... nothing I'm particularly defending or stuck on. Regards, Ed
