I can almost understand the liberals' fear of guns.

I was ripped a new one on your previous thread (do I really need to name it?). I finally asked a liberal what he thought happened after we die, since he had just finished ripping the notion of there being a heaven to shreds, and he said, "Nothing happens, when you're dead you're dead, there's nothing more."
Well, I've been shot at and, despite that, I'm not deathly afraid of guns. So if your view is there's nothing after death, you're going to be scared sh--less of death, and anything that can kill you from a distance, easily, will scare the hell out of you. On that note, who's more afraid of nukes, liberals or conservatives? Does that mean Christians and conservatives are death-mongers? Of course not! But I do have a notion that's one factor why they like to demonize us. Yet I've noticed liberals are just as psychotic behind the wheel as anyone else. Go figure... |
