Property Agreement

The Vancouver Stock Exchange has accepted for filing a joint venture agreement jan 7/97 between Jose Maria Dozal Rascon, Oscar Eduardo
Barrio Terrazas and Forefront Ventures Ltd, whereby the company has
undertaken to put into production and operate a beneficiation plant
on four mineral properties totalling 243.1902 hectares known
as the SAN FRANCISCO de Yoquivo mine near Chihuahua, Mexico.
The company will pay Rascon 20,000 U.S. and aprox. 24,000 U.S.
for outstanding depts, liens and obligations.
Upon production, the net profits will be divided 50% to the company
Forefront Ventures Ltd. 40% to Rascon and 10% to Terrazas.
Three additional mining properties totalling 243.0038 hectares will become subject to this agreement once a previous agreement, now terminated, has been formally revoked.
