Thats Great for you!!! Here are a few questions that come to mind! Ask him what the Market size (Billions of dollars) is today and what it will be over the next 5 years (year over year) What are their biggest challenges as a company to maximize their growth and to become the know market leader. What are the customers saying about their products, what are the biggest challenges for the satisfying the customer needs. Where are most of their sales numbers coming from? N.Amer or Europe Or asia? How are they preventing getting ruled by the bigger companies like Microsoft and IBM.
