Hi Vartan

Looks like some more interest in WCII. There seems to be a slight stumble in Washington with the communications bill. Sounds like a faction would like to see less regulation in the current bill. This problem will go away but the question is when. Winstar's technology, I think, is going to be attractive to the long distance carriers trying to get into the baby bell's business and this part of the bill seems solid. I have not talked to the company lately to see how their installations are going. I guess we will know when the next company report hits the streets.

Have you heard anything from the company.
