how's this for a start..what can you tell me in support for your king.. Sounds like a great company, Sue. But, as some of the other thread barons mentioned, we know that EMC is the king of SAN. If you would like to read support on "DownSouth's King", start reading the thread, starting 2000 messages ago ;). Again, I submit to you that you RTFM and then bring us your story :) Justin
